ok i am starting to figure it all out. I am still ironing my eating out and so far i think i am doing pretty good.it seems i lose if i eat between 18 and 23 points i still need to drink more water. the exercising has been great i am doing about 90 minutes a day. for the next ten days i want to build it up to 3 hours a day with adding some dancing in. in a way im sort of happy to keep consistant with the slow weight loss because then it will stick. more then the weight i dropped about 2 pants sizes so i am wearing a size 7/8 weird my upper body is still bigger but i reduced a bra size not that happy about that lol. people are starting to notice its weird i look like how i did when i weighed 150 pounds but i weigh 167. i do feel a little bloated i wonder if im holding on to 10 pounds of water. lol maybe i will deflate this week.
