that darn 8 I have tried to get my weight down to 205 its my new mini goal but every time I step on the scale it tells me im 206 or 208. its been very hot here and I have been cranky with a headache that wont quit. I have not done much for exercise because of the heat and I believe I have been retaining water even drinking all the water that I have.
