4일 연속 음주에 면 빵 밥 조금씩 먹었고 어제부터 클린을 다짐하며 설렁탕만 한 그릇 먹었더니 감량
129.9 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week
