YeSomi님 항상 감사드립니다. 요 며칠 기존식단에 변화를 주었더니 정체기가 와서 살짝 혼란스러웠네요. 이번달은 치팅이 많은 달이라 다시 예전 식단으로 빡세게 해야할 것 같아요😄
