Don't ask me how. My lowest weigh in since Apr 2018. Last night I felt like I over ate at dinner big time. It must be the ketosis thing. I'll go for a walk in the sun today to celebrate :)
162.5 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
