It's definitely normal to fluctuate. Yesterday I had jumped back up to 153.8lb 😬 but with lots of fiber the problem was fixed 😅😳🤷♀️
You're making so much progress too, keep up the hard work and make sure to celebrate even the small victories 💪😊
