Well whatta ya know. A new low. And, I didn't even do any swimming this week! So, in true reverse order dieting fashion, I will be increasing my cal intake by 2%.
As stated before, it's this girl's preference to maintain within the 112-114 lb range, so new daily intake will take me from 1715 ---> 1748/day and we'll see where we hit next Sunday.
Here's what the weekly allotment looks like. Remember, I like to zig zag my cals. The metabolism enjoys this approach and it suits the way I like to eat.
On Average 1748 cals/day (Reverse diet increase by 2%). This accounts for maintenance cals and activity level for age 47.
