There. That's better.
I felt so good yesterday after my morning swim. Last time I was supposed to go - Friday - I had to cancel because I was home sick with a nasty cold. I simply did not have the strength to go swim, and also stayed home from work.
It has been bothering me the entire weekend. I know it was a valid excuse for not going, but I had my mind set on it firmly.
Yesterday, I finally got to go. I feel so much better after, and lost 700 grams since yesterday! Go me!
Yesterday we we basically having left overs for all our meals. I had my usual eggs and bread with ham and cheese breakfast, and a turkey salad for lunch (thanksgiving!) and turkey in mexican rice for dinner. I added a fried egg and some spices to my dinner leftovers to make them kind of chinese inspired, and served with a flour tortilla. Yummi!
Today, I am going to teach my music class. I am looking forward to it. Haven't seen them for two weeks. We still have instruments in the repair shop, so I am not sure what do to tonight. However, I do not get paid if I do not go, so I go - of course. Money is not all, but it IS important.
So today, I will have basically all my food packed in lunch boxes that I will be eating either at work or on the go. I don't really like doing that, but it is necessary to make it work on Tuesdays. Still, however, it is RARE that I have gained weight after a Tuesday. I get some exercise in walking to the school, standing up playing guitar etc.
Life is good!
