Derailed by a repair appointment yesterday that ran late and then spent a solid three hours converting an account back from UK to US. Went to dinner after, one and a half manicotti with wine and green salad. Will burn calories today, but also need to finish some stuff for work. No fun.
With that, muscle mass mostly holding, need to make sure I maintain it. Blob up slightly, but hey, I ate out and had both wine and dessert, hehe.
