June: 15.9% body fat July: 17.1% body fat I was expecting at least 2% increase this month, tbh. But, yesterday's scan revealed that even after increasing my calories by 500/day, I've dropped slightly to 16.9% 😀. In other news, I've signed up with a personal trainer for 3 sessions a week for a month just to get some tips on form and stuff. It sounded like a lot of money at first, but for what I get, I'll eat $33/hr for a month 💪 Taking before pics tomorrow and will compare in a few months. Booyah! 🤘 I watched Stand By Me last night for the first time in forever. It reminded me of FS: We tell some great stories and have a lot of fun along the way towards our goal to pass time and keep one another motivated. And, we may get into little fights along the way sometimes, but we're all here to help and support each other. Just watch out for leeches lol.

What about Mr. Meatball? Not working out together? I thought River Phoenix was so cool in that movie.

Chris, what a good movie and a great analogy. Congrats on your progress, that’s really awesome. And how fantastic that you get to work with a personal trainer for a month. It’ll be money well spent because you’ll absorb so much important information you can use moving forward that is catered totally to your needs. Don’t fight with him over cake and just keep doing what you’re doing with your diet! The numbers don’t lie and your progress is super impressive. 💪🏻

I had a few sessions with a trainer and also many with a physical therapist a couple years ago. Listening to them and their suggestions on things better for my body has helped me. Sometimes you think your form is spot on but they notice something you could do better. A big one for me was to keep my shoulders down when working on my upper body--I was bringing them up and that was up the rest of what was good form.

Hey, we're essentially body fat percentage twins. Like wow, Gordo for real if that's true. :P I'm probably closer to 19 right now since I am a good deal heavier than last time I checked.
