At night is when it is the hardest to not want to eat sugar (fruit, nuts, popcorn, chips, icecream, YUM) LOL. Using the Diet Calendar and putting in what I am thinking of eating really helps to keep me from cheating.
195.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I usually try to sit down and write on here in the evenings too. It keeps me inspired and away from snacking! But, I have to admit, since I'm such a night owl, I usually plan for a couple late night snacks that I can have!!
