So, day 2 of massive calorie surplus is now in the books.
Result: 975 calories beyond what I burned yesterday (4000 total calories consumed) and only gained... another 1/2 pound? 🤔
Funny, because I'm quite sure that chorizo burrito last night was under-calculated for calories. I'm guessing it was probably at least a couple hundred more. Whatever.
Well, safe to say my metabolism is speeding up with all this extra food! And workout performance is picking up quite nicely as well!
I do believe I've found a new weekly eating routine unless something happens in the next few days to screw up the trend.
Time to go tear up my back and biceps before a big ol' pizza and a nice, long midday nap-a-roo! 🤟
