Perfect example when even if you workout & neglect what you eat
🚫 Hinkali, hachapuri, late at night: torrõne with nuts, peanut m&m & 2 banana with quinoa milk 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
11km walking 🚶🏻‍♀️
166.2 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
