Yesterday had just musli with almond milk in the morning & 1 vanilla matsoni in the evening as was not allowed to eat that much 👨⚕️🦷 + daisy tea 🍵 1 Dr & Fc + walked 12.5 km to the point that I hurt my leg a bit 😅Still feels nice 🤗
