Yesterday had just musli with almond milk in the morning & 1 vanilla matsoni in the evening as was not allowed to eat that much 👨‍⚕️🦷 + daisy tea 🍵

+ walked 12.5 km to the point that I hurt my leg a bit 😅Still feels nice 🤗
164.5 lb Lost so far: 27.1 lb.    Still to go: 54.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
