So yesterday was a bust. I stopped counting once I'd reached my daily quota and beyond.. In my defense I was toking all day and had a severe case of yhe munchies, lol.. poor excuse maybe but it is what it is. 😏 Gonna start this week on a new foot. Changing up my exercise routine.. meaning, I'm actually gonna exercise. 😉 (and laying off the pot during the week will be helpful too, I'm sure.) Hello, new week. 😇
