Intermittent fasting on a 20:4 to 16:8 schedule (depending on my level of control) appears to be both manageable and successful. Also started an easy and fun walk exercise routine. Discovering that the key to accomplishing my goals is to stay realistic and avoid being miserable.

If you look at this as a lifestyle change & not a diet, as I believe we should, doing what doesn't make you miserable is a good step!
