Super happy to this progress on the scale. I am feeling better and less groggy also. My feet are still pretty sore. This holiday weekend the 4th of July was a challenge to stay on track. We were busy with home projects so we're eating more on a quick bite here and there. I did make a batch of potatoes to have for ready snacks, had cantaloupe and strawberries and to help take my sweet tooth. I made banana oat pancakes and a bean soup as well.

Good job, Paula. I need to get some melon also. Great low calorie treat. Also pineapple & mango available here now, we like to mix the two for our evening snack--with yogurt.
