Proof indeed, that cocktails do have calories and so do sweet potato fries along with salt. All good, I'm so happy to have gone out with a friend to a real bar/restaurant, talked face to face, mask and all, so it was worth it. The July goal is going to be 30 minute swim at my current level or better for 25 days of July. We're going to try and restart puppy class, so that may eliminate Tuesdays. No pack walks. I may try and sneak another hour long session in there as well, but it's not going to be this week. Good news is that the muscle mass is holding even if other things are up.
