post vacation weight. Now that I'm back from vacation, I am going to try to get in a regular routine again. my husband says he is going to try to lose weight because he has gained a lot more than I have, so maybe that support will help. however, I did have a great time on vacation to Disney World and I actually felt so icky and too full most of the time. ready to get back on track!
