I’ll take that loss. :) I feel so lucky that I work from home full time, it allows me to move more instead of sitting at my desk all day. Yesterday I walked laps around my back yard with my headset on making phone calls to clients and, at Lunch, I sat on the porch in my rocking chair while I ate my big salad. We are in a weeklong heatwave up here in Northern New England so getting out and doing long walks is really not easy for me but I hope to do some short walks this weekend paired with my 15 minute indoor cardio routine. Have a great weekend everyone!
188.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
