🎢🎢🎢 up and down roller coaster. Trying to lose what I gained. I have 2 lbs to get back down to where I was.
188.8 lb Lost so far: 43.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Dont stress over a pound or two, most the time its water weight or the food in you.
