trying to get all this water off from a week of junk food
190.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

954 kcal Fat: 57.16g | Prot: 64.23g | Carb: 43.81g.   Breakfast:  Green Tea, Trader Joe's Giardiniera,  Baby Spinach, Egg White. Lunch: Bananas,  Keto Biscuit, Hebrew National Quarter Pound Beef Franks, Beach Cliff Sardines in Mustard Sauce. Dinner: Chop't Red & Green Peppers, ShopRite Broccoli Florets, ShopRite Steam in Bag Cauliflower Florets, HEB Grilled Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Savoritz Original Saltine Crackers. more...

Thanks, Tosh, Melody, jontyboy, kattay & jc. I'm working on it. I just cannot eat starchy carbs. It's those potatoes and rice and chips fault. It's not my fault.🍞🍕🌭🥓🍪🍰🍫 LOL another one and a half pounds and I'll be back at the beginning where I gained. Thanks for your support. I can do this. Onward and downward.
