I was a little shocked when I woke up this morning. I ate very low yesteday, woke up extremely hungry... and managed to weigh 150. go figure? But then I remembered why. I combination of my feminine cycle and it getting my digestive system a bit of course yesterday. Once I had breakfast and used the bathroom I felt much better.
