ok i guess ww does work!! now i am back to where i started. :) 2 more pounds to reach my goal for the week. I am starting to see the light. great thing about ww is no food is restricted just the quantity. Yesterday i got to have my hersheys kisses and still lost weight! so on ww if you have a craving for something you can make allowances for it. I remember dolly parton saying years and years ago (and for some reason i always remember this)is the way she got thin is she ate whatever she wanted but only took a bite out of whatever she wanted. so instead of eating that diet chalk bar for 3 points i would rather have my m'm's for 5 points and give something else up for that day.

Have you tried the Hostess 100 calorie packs - They are only 1-2 points and have 3 mini cakes. My favorite are the chocolate mini they even have a little filling in the middle. So I get my chocolate-pastry craving without ANY Guilt! And most important They are good!

I love the chocolate Hostess 100 cal pack cakes - they are only 1 POINT for all 3 cakes - it really satisfies the chocolate cravings for me.

wow. the thing i am afraid of is i tried the 100 cal packs and i ate the whole box on a binge. im a little afraid to buy that yet. the only way i was able to control my self with the kisses was to only buy the little bag of 9 pieces. i know it means an extra trip to the store everytime i want it. but until i am stronger this is what is working. do you think its possible to reasonably lose 3 pounds a week? I would like to try and calculate where i will be in 3 months. i guess i could just wait and see my first month at what rate i am losing.

fatfreemee- I did the same thing last week with 100 calorie Butterfinger Sticks! I passed them up in the grocery store yesterday... (YAY!!)

haha sorry about that redone.so you understand what i am talking about! mmmm butterfinger sticks yum! but a whole box of those would not last. it is soooo easy to just gobble it down!
