I'm really struggling! Losing the first fifty pounds was hard but satisfying. Losing the last twenty pounds is impossible! I'm stepping things up and staying on track even better than I was last year and if my weight does budge, it just goes back up, for no reason.

First make sure your goal weight is in the healthy range for you height. You might need to change up your foods. Up your protein, fruits and veggies. Go real easy on the processed foods. Drink plenty of water. You might have to be strict with your diet to get those pounds off. Get real active. Change up your exercise (incorporate different kinds to use many muscles). Up your intensity when you exercise (interval training). You can do it, it may just take time and hard work.

i've been told thatto break through a plateau you can cut our fruit for a few days ( to kill sugar cravings), drink cold water firstthing in the morning and throughout the day, and to cut out carbs after 3pm... hopefully that helps
