It really does suck, it must be very difficult and stressful to deal with all that. This virus has affected all of us on multiple levels. I can tell you this, it will get better. Keep monitoring your food intake and keep doing what ever you can physically. You must keep up your chin and keep trying. You are not alone. Got your back.

It’s amazing how free our “normal” lives were and I for one, took it all for granted. But not even feeling like we can do what we need for our health is a huge stressor. I’m sorry I have no help to offer, only that I’m thinking of you, hoping you can find a way to at least alleviate some of the stress, and stay healthy. Idk if you pray or meditate or journal but those things can help get crap off your shoulders. And keep talking or posting. Get those frustrated feelings out there, don’t bottle them up

Yes it is time to stop gaining and start going back the other way. I know you must be angry about the huge gain, but thank goodness you are trying to get back to our lower weight. You can do this.

I have not had the same weight challenges as you but can empathize with your joint issues. Have you considered a stationary bike ? It provides me with both exercise and the non impact but gentle movement in my ankles and knees increases the mobility in the joints. Plus it burns a few calories which allows me to eat a decent amount in my somewhat sedentary life.

You can turn it around 💪🙌 I know exactly what you’re dealing with. I have severe asthma and RA. It’s scary 💯. Do what you can do☺️ Just stay as safe as possible and find different ways of moving that don’t shoot you to the 🌙 in pain. You got this💜💚
