My dear husband just put the Griardiniera into pint jars to go into the refrigerator. We did a taste test and it is delicious!
191.2 lb Lost so far: 40.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My daughter sent me some for Mother's Day in my box of goodies 😊 It's yummy so I think I'll make some when I finish what she sent.
