Doing well. I am gaining a bit, so am going to continue with the walking and eating much more sensibly, less red meat and cut out things that might make me gain weight - such as hidden things like too much BBQ sauce, mayo, salt, etc. I have pretty much already eliminated sugar from my diet already so that is not one of the problems. I walked again yesterday 1.5 miles, my arthritis is better actually from forcing myself to walk. Calories for October 13, 2010: 1880.
