Doing well, scale seems off. Weigh in may be wrong though as I moved scale and it changed it - maybe it is actually correct now. Anyway, fasted yesterday feel better today. Up early may rest a little more. Will test weight on neighbor's scale to see if its correct later... will do fast weekly and will try to save Dr. Oz challenge in favorites to do long- term. :)
