I had fake bacon and pink grapefruit for breakfast. I can't remember the last time I bought grapefruit. I am still at 156. Biggest Loser is very inspiring, how much they workout but they must hurt so badly because that much exercise always makes me hurt too much to want to exercise the next day. I heard that the women exercise 4,000 cal. a day! and eat 1200 calories. good luck everyone with tday preparations! luv ,mary
