Slow going for these last few pounds. I haven't been able to walk as often either--still getting in 5 days a week, but I had been walking everyday. Slow and steady wins the race, said the tortoise.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
