I have fasted one or two meals every day this week. Today I'm going to eat a little heavier.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My husband just went to pick up a small meat lovers Pizza. One piece will put me at 750 calories for the day.

OMG, the pizza was amazing. If you don't want to slip, don't go to Slippery places. Eating that pizza was slippery. I do real well keeping my calories around three hundred a meal. Here it is lunch time and I'm at 750 calories. Ughh. Okay my friend JC, my twin. LOL let me hear about your eating pizza. I'm feeling bad now. I should not have done that.
