We had my son and his wife for dinner last night & made a big pot roast with potatoes, carrots, peas, celery & onions. We made three plates of appetizers. One plate had 8 stuffed croissant rolls with sausage, cheese and pepperoni and the other 8 were stuffed with little smokies. in
Of course those were my go-to snacks before dinner and then the peas, carrots, and potatoes were my choice for dinner. I went way over my calories by eating all those carbs. Whoa is me. I just heard a doctor talk yesterday that carbs equal 2 calories each. That's the first I heard that. That messes up my c i c o WOE. I try and keep my macros in check, but I did not realize eating 30 carbs equal to 60 calories. Not good for me, especially starchy carbs. No wonder I don't lose. Also, carbs make me hold water. everyday is new information to help me adjust my course. I will get there. Up 1 lb today.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
