It is amazing how much better I do at losing weight when I don't cheat! That is probably the biggest lesson to learn on low carb eating...that you have to be very mindful when you eat off plan otherwise you can easily gain. I've learned the hard way. If I have a bad day and want to eat more than I should, at least it should be a lower carb item.
