Yay! I made it through the 10 days! Now it's time to ease back into a (better) regular diet. Today is orange juice and vegetable soup. I have never looked forward to vegetable soup like I am today.
135.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
