I almost gave up last night. I was feeling queasy, hungry, and tired, and there's this weird white film that I can't seem to get off my tongue. I was feeling like my body is not a fan of the ninth day of the diet. But, I plowed ahead, and I'm ready for the final day. All of my thoughts have been on choosing what I'm going to eat as I exit the cleanse and can cook real meals again. I think I'm ready for food again.
