Took a little break from drinking starting last Sunday, so I feel like I have been hungrier in the evenings. Still tracking, but did go over my set calories these last 3 days. One day only 50, one day about 120, last night by about 200. 😳
150.4 lb Lost so far: 78.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
