Under 77kg 3 days in a row. No booze or sugar yesterday. Will likely get under 76kg easy this week. Have to start some exercise at home now. Even just squats and pushups will do.
168.4 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
