I am so excited to be starting the Master Cleanse today! I am looking forward to kickstarting a healthier (no fast food, no prepared food) life, and I'm ready to lose a bit of weight. Here are some of the benefits I'm hoping to get by doing this diet for the next 10 days: - remove any dependence on caffeine - gain some time for working on Bible study since I won't be cooking/eating - increase my energy level by cleaning out toxins - lessen the amount of sleep I need since my body will be working better - lose a bit of weight -- so my thighs won't rub together when I run -- lower my risk of GD in future pregnancies -- get back into my favorite pair of jeans -- wear my cute lace dress for my sister's wedding
