Day 8: I am very pleased with my two pound weight loss. I guess in some ways I feel like all the weight should fall off overnight. but I look at this way I didn't put it on in one day so I can I expect or to be gone in one day.

Yep. Comes off as slow as it went on just seems longer because you're focusing instead of denying. One day one bite at a time :)
