Very small weight loss this week...must be at a plateau. I tried something new last night and that was I did Jillian Michaels 30 day shred DVD. It was raining too much yesterday that we didn't get out for our run at lunch time. So instead of going home and hopping on the treadmill, I did the workout DVD. Feeling good today, a few sore muscles. I am looking forward to tonight. We have a babysitter and we are going out for dinner with friends!! Must keep in mind to make good choices and not go over board eating. But gotta have a splurge once in while!! Tomorrow, we off to the farm for the usual help around and get things restocked. Then Sunday will be clean up around the house and go grocery shopping. Plus we have a family get together with DH's family. I've been asked to make the dessert. I'm thinking of making a chocolate raspberry cake. It looks very yummy. The recipe has you making 2 9" cakes, making a filling and ganache icing. Apparently it makes 16 servings at 370 calories a piece (wow!). I'll be leaving the leftovers behind at the inlaws!!! Have a great weekend FS Buddies!
