Ate reasonably well except for massive amounts (4 servings) of NUTS!! Yikes! However, no damage evident on the scale, so that's a tender mercy. Also, no running yesterday...will have to find time for a quick one today.

Not so bad. I had a whole large bag of 'Tings' on Saturday (healthy junk food), LOL so you are better off than me. IT's ALL good. =) See you this Thursday, girl! You better hide those NUTS from me b/c I'll probably eat the remainder.
