Thank you! January I started 16 hours of intermittent fasting on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. It seemed to triger additional weight loss from my November and December plateau. Dr. Peter Attia talks about weigh loss in three key areas, Calorie Restriction, Dietary Restriction, Time Restriction. I was focus on Dietary Restriction with the Keto Diet. Adding Time Restriction, also added by default, Calorie Restriction. I'm not hungry during the fasting which is amazing to me, as I was ALWAYS hungry when I eat a low fat, high carb diet, indecently was all of my life. Aloha
