Interesting drop since I didn't move as much as normal yesterday due to my lovely sciatic nerve kicking up. I made myself get up and move around for an hour before submitting to big chair with the heating pad for the rest of the night. Feels better today. Going to swim early, we'll see about walking dogs tonight. I do have to go to store for the big bag of dog food today, but will let BF carry it into the house for me.
I feel dehydrated today (not from partying, for sure), I'd say it was the air, but I woke up to being fogged in and my curly hair looks like a cloud on top of my head. That sounds prettier than it looks, probably a ponytail day.

Try this stretch, it helped me: lay on your back, bend one knee, then press the knee across your hips until it touches the floor. Go slow and hold position. Then do the other side.
