Down two pounds again. I can't believe I'm only losing two pounds a week. I'm sticking to this plan really well. At least I'm losing and not gaining. I'll try to be more positive. I have to realize that I'm changing my habits for a lifetime and not just for a few weeks.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
