well I thought it was gonna be alot worse than it is. I'm grateful my common sense stayed with me during this beautiful Holiday. Santa brought me my elliptical bike and I've been jumping on and off of it every time I put food in my mouth. I had knee surgery last July and no rehab so I lost the strength in my legs. I remember being young and at the gym and pressing almost 190. Those days are long gone. I'd be happy to just be able to stay on this bike for 3 minutes without cramping. I know I have to build up my endurance and muscles again. time takes time.
