Weight continues to drop back to normal levels. Assume that means that the excess weight was mostly water - however judging by how sore my arms and legs were yesterday after my workout at least some of the weight difference is muscle replaced by fat.
I think I am coming down with a bit of a cold -- but workout went okay. Turns out I need to do a last minute trip to Boston - so will be on the Red-Eye tonight.
