Finally feeling caught up again after being away & feeling relieved that even after my bouts of overeating somehow my weight stayed the same. You just never know with that scale, but I'll take it!
All in all, my visit with my Mom went really well, I had some good times with my 2 close friends back home & even though I ate at times I wasn't truly hungry, I did stay not eat sugar & feel really good about that. And, the lab reopens on Monday when I'll be trying lactose free dairy to see if I can tolerate that. It's scary that I'm so excited about this, but I found lactose free cottage cheese, which is really the only dairy item I'm missing.
Hope my FS friends are all doing well & plan to catch up again with everyone tonight or tomorrow -- I've missed you! xoxox
