So the key to losing is going to bed hungry and waking up ravenous? I dunno, but this darkness is really messing with me this year. Or maybe I'm always this way and don't realize it. I worked late last night, did some thirty minutes of twisting on the simply fit board watching TV. that was a nice change up from falling asleep on the couch. I closed my exercise ring, but missed closing the move ring by some 40 calories due to extended desk hours. annoying.
I made an appointment for Lasik consult in a couple of weeks. Don't know if I'm going to be able do it again, but excited by the prospect.
I'm also considering a consult for cool sculpt or skin removal on my belly flap in the next couple of years. May not ever do either, but want to know options. I watch too much Botched to not take surgery option very seriously. I need to know how much weight I need to lose to be able to do either. probably TMI, but this is the bit of fat on me that never goes away and has a tendency to jump out of the top of my stretch pants if I'm doing things like jumping rope, burpees or jumping jacks. delightful thing. I figure if I have a specific goal in front of me, I'll do it. I'm really good with those kinds of goals for some reason.
