I can honestly say that when I have my coffee in the morning I have a much better disposition for the entire day. it must have dopamine in it that goes to my brain to give me the happy chemicals I need. Anybody else like that?
210.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Caffeine makes your blood flow and I think it's the oxygen to the brain that makes me feel good.

I love coffee. If I had to choose between bread and coffee, bread would go (and it's a tough choice).

indeed rises the dopamine levels but for a brief period, making us crave more coffee the more we have it. Some ppl get so used to it, that they don't feel the effects anymore, so it's good to keep the intake on a low level. A small dose of caffeine is good for blood flow and metabolism boost
